More Than a Camp, A Place to Grow, Move, and Belong
What you'll notice by week three
They sleep better.. They stand taller.
They talk about their teammates by name, by strength
You realize the camp didn't just keep them busy, it changed something
The Program
Your child leaves more confident in their body than when they arrived
They develop physical habits they actually want to keep, not just for the summer
Weekly sport focus
A new sport every week, a new version of your kid
Your child discovers what they're actually good at, sometimes surprising everyone including themselves;
They learn to move with intention, not just run around
They come home knowing how to work with a team and how to lead one
Quebec Education Program
Learning you can see not just on the field
Your child's social skills grow alongside their physical ones , QEP-aligned from day one
Activities match where your child actually is, not a one-size average
They come back curious, capable, and proud of themselves

BougeUp Summer Camp partners with experienced athletes and McGill varsity athletes to deliver high‑quality, sport‑specific clinics.
Campers learn through:
Demonstrations of proper technique
Guided practice with expert feedback
Interactive drills that build confidence and skill
These clinics give students:
Unique insight into technique, discipline, and athletic mindset
Inspiration from real athletes who model teamwork, dedication, and
passion
A motivating look at what’s possible through practice and
perseverance
Each week includes an exciting off‑site outing to places like recreation centers, parks, public pools, nature trails, or local museums.
Activities may include jumping, swimming, hiking, exploring, and more.
These experiences keep campers engaged and active while connecting physical activity to fun, real‑world adventures.
Outings also help students build confidence, try new things, and discover interests beyond their weekly sport.
Groups are intentionally kept small to ensure safety, engagement, and personalized attention.
Weekly capacity: 20 campers
General supervision ratio: 1 adult for every 6 campers
Workshop supervision: 1–3 adults, depending on the activity’s complexity
